- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese optional
- Cooking spray or light oil for brushing
