- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions

Cook Potatoes
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F for 30–35 minutes or until tender.
