Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk or cream optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese optional
  • 1/4 cup diced vegetables bell peppers, onions, spinach, etc. (optional)
  • 1/4 cup cooked meat ham, bacon, sausage, etc. (optional)
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the milk or cream if desired. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add any fillings (cheese, vegetables, or cooked meat) and mix well.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  • Pour the egg mixture into a small, non-stick pan or bowl that fits inside your air fryer basket.
  • Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  • Check for doneness by gently pressing on the omelette. It should be lightly golden on top and cooked through.
  • Carefully remove the omelette from the air fryer, serve hot, and enjoy!
