  • ½ cup breadcrumbs or almond flour for keto-friendly

  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Glaze (optional):

  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp brown sugar or sugar substitute optional
  • 1 tsp vinegar

Prepare the Meat Mixture:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined. Avoid overmixing to maintain tenderness.

Preheat Air Fryer:

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Meatloaf:
