- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
Prepare the Crepe Batter
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth.
Gradually add the flour and milk, alternating between the two while whisking.
Stir in the salt and melted butter.
Whisk until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (optional but recommended).
Cook the Crepes
Pour about ¼ cup of batter onto the parchment paper and spread it into a thin, even layer.
Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 2–3 minutes, or until the edges start to lift.
Carefully flip the crepe using a spatula and cook for another 1–2 minutes until golden brown.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
- For extra thin crepes, add an additional 2 tablespoons of milk to the batter.
- For a savory twist, fill with scrambled eggs, cheese, or smoked salmon.
- For a sweet version, try Nutella, fresh berries, or honey.
- Storage: Store leftover crepes in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 300°F for 1–2 minutes.
