Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted

Instructions

Prepare the Crepe Batter

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth.
  • Gradually add the flour and milk, alternating between the two while whisking.
  • Stir in the salt and melted butter.
  • Whisk until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (optional but recommended).

Prepare the Air Fryer

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  • Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or use a silicone baking mat to prevent sticking.

Cook the Crepes

  • Pour about ¼ cup of batter onto the parchment paper and spread it into a thin, even layer.
  • Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 2–3 minutes, or until the edges start to lift.
  • Carefully flip the crepe using a spatula and cook for another 1–2 minutes until golden brown.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve & Enjoy

  • Stack the crepes on a plate and cover with a clean towel to keep them warm.
  • Fill with your favorite toppings and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra thin crepes, add an additional 2 tablespoons of milk to the batter.
  • For a savory twist, fill with scrambled eggs, cheese, or smoked salmon.
  • For a sweet version, try Nutella, fresh berries, or honey.
  • Storage: Store leftover crepes in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 300°F for 1–2 minutes.
