Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce or your favorite hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce optional, for extra depth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil optional, for extra crispiness

Instructions

Prepare the Cauliflower:

  • Cut the cauliflower into even, bite-sized florets. Rinse them under cold water, then pat them dry with paper towels to ensure they crisp up in the air fryer.

Make the Buffalo Sauce:

  • In a small bowl, mix the buffalo sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce (if using). Adjust the spice level to your liking by adding more or less hot sauce.

Coat the Cauliflower:

  • Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil (optional) and a pinch of salt and pepper in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and toss until evenly coated.

Air Fry:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the coated cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. The cauliflower should be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Serve:

  • Once done, remove the cauliflower from the air fryer and drizzle with extra buffalo sauce if desired. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions or a side of blue cheese or ranch dip.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary.
  • You can reduce or increase the spice level by adjusting the amount of hot sauce.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer to retain crispiness.
