Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup high-quality cocoa powder or melted dark chocolate
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter melted (or oil - coconut, olive, or vegetable)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Optional mix-ins: nuts chocolate chips, or peanut butter swirls

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C)
  • Grease the air fryer basket or line with parchment paper
  • In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until smooth and well blended
  • Pour the batter into the prepared air fryer basket or small baking dish
  • Air fry for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs
  • Let cool slightly before slicing and serving

Notes

  • Air fryer temperatures can vary, so check brownies at 12 minutes
  • Rotate the basket halfway through cooking for even browning
  • For fudgier brownies, reduce cooking time by 1-2 minutes
