Ingredients
  

  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 4 large eggs scrambled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 strips cooked bacon or sausage crumbled
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup salsa optional
  • 1/2 avocado sliced (optional)
  • Olive oil or non-stick cooking spray
  • Hot sauce optional

Instructions
 

Prepare Ingredients:

  • Scramble the eggs and cook the bacon or sausage. Dice the bell peppers and onions, and sauté them until soft.

Assemble the Burritos:

  • Warm the tortillas to make them pliable.
  • Place scrambled eggs in the center of each tortilla.
  • Top with bacon/sausage, bell peppers, onions, and shredded cheese. Add salsa or avocado slices if desired.
  • Fold the sides over the filling, then roll the tortilla tightly into a burrito shape.

Air Fryer Setup:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly spray or brush the burritos with olive oil to ensure even crisping.

Cook the Burritos:

  • Place the burritos in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don't touch.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until the tortillas are crispy and golden brown.

Serve:

  • Let the burritos cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with salsa, hot sauce, or avocado on the side.

Notes

  • Customize the fillings with your favorite ingredients like spinach, mushrooms, or plant-based proteins.
